We just got back yesterday from a week at the World and wanted to pass on our dining experiences.
Arrival night was an 8:00 pm dinner at the plaza.....food was great and affordable!
Tuesday we had lunch at Biergarten and as always the food was terrific and the table mates good company!
Wednesday we ate at Le Cellier and I had the steak and potato skillet and my adventerous wife had the cheddar burger....she liked her burger and I thought the steak and potato skillet was amazing...an dit had much more meat than the fillet! I wanted the strip but at $32.99 I passed. I make a great strip on the grill and with the price going up $6 it wasn't worth it.
Thursday we dined at Liberty Tree Tavern and it was our first time there with no characters or the all you can eat. I had the pot roast which was more than enough for one and it was tender and delicious. My wife (the adventurer) had the burger....it was delicious!
Our last day we dined at 50's Prime Time and the food was good. We had the beer battered onion rings (not cooked properly..too oily) as an app, a nice cold beer and my wife had the fried chicken and I had the chicken pot pie. it was my first time having the pot pie and it was too much food
but soooo good!
We are going to try different places next time for some new experiences
