If you missed my earlier post, our party included myself, my DH, my DS (22) and his girlfriend, and our DD (17). Only one PS for lunch...the rest were on the fly.

Sunshine Food Fair - Great place to go in Epcot since the selection of foods is so varied. We ordered two tuna subs (why is tuna salad so hard to find in Disney?), two chicken ceasar salads and...I forget...but everyone enjoyed the selection and the food and price were both good. Fast and filling. Go early because it gets crowded after 12:00. Everyone was pleased.

50's Prime Time Cafe - We still love this place. Once again, Aunt Elaine was our server. She's a pistol, doing everything from the bib for our DS to the airplane with his girlfriend (she was beet red, especially when Aunt Elaine announced to the entire room that she had to use the ladies room!). Food was excellent...the fried chicken and the pot roast were heavenly. The kids all had the club sandwiches (which they loved) and milkshakes which were great!. This is still one of our favorite places for both food and the show.

Peco's Bills - Good fast food and an excellent fixin's bar. Hot dogs and hamburgers all around. Good choice for a quick bite, but the tables are really close together and it's difficult to find an empty one if you go at lunch time.

Yacht Club Galley - Wanted to do Beaches and Cream but it was too crowded. This was a good lunch (club sandwiches, clam chowder, kids grilled cheese, turkey wrap), but too expensive for lunch. But, if you are in the hotel and there's no place else to go, this is a good choice. But, you will pay for it!

Beaches and Cream - There is nothing bad I can say about this gem except that it is ALWAYS crowded. We did both lunches and dinner here and the food is terrific. Everything from the burgers and dogs to the milkshakes and desserts is great. Still the best burger on property. And, btw...I have one quick and casual voucher left (my husband was in bed with a fever) that I will send to the first person who e-mail's me. Just a thank you for these great boards.

Trails End - This was a great surprise as it wasn't planned. We just happend to have some time after our second day at MK and I suggested it. Well, what a great place to have lunch!!! Their buffet is amazing (fried chicken, mac and cheese, tacos, salads, sandwiches, chili, soup, corn bread, muffins, desserts, to name a few). The place was empty and the service was quick. Unlimited refills on drinks. The best fried chicken (next to Prime Time Cafe) that I have tasted. And the best part is...it's cheap. $9.99 for all you can eat. Do yourself a favor and try it out. You'll be happy you did!

Alfredo's of Rome - We had dinner here (which was great) so we went back for lunch. The food is awesome (and I'm Italian) and it's cheaper for lunch. The kids had pizza (which they raved about), and the gnocchi (which he requested with just tomato sauce). DH and I shared the sampler (lasagna, fettucine alfredo and gnocchi), plus an order of calamari (Great!!). If you don't want to shell out the bucks for dinner, do yourself a favor and try it for lunch. You'll be happy you did.

That's it for lunch. Will post later about dinner. Once again, will be happy to answer any questions.

Thanks for the great reviews. We are trying 50's Prime Time for the first time this year and I think that my girls will love it. Aunt Elaine sounds like a fun waitress. We also love Alfredo's. My seven year old is begging me to try a Kitchen Sink this year. Sounds like crowds are an issue...did you happen to notice any times that were better than others?

Great reviews! I have been reading a lot of great things about Trail's End for a casual, filling, tasty, and inexpensive lunch.

Thanks for the great reviews, Kathy. I'm happy to see that Alfredo's is still good, and the Trail's End is still the "Hidden Jewel."

To crs7568... believe it or not, the least crowded time is dinner time...between 5:00 and 7:00. Go figure! Have fun.

Thanks for sharing ~ Wonderful reviews!!!!
