Just back on 5/20. We ate ALOT on this trip. Here are the highlights:

Donald's Breakfastorous Buffet at AK- very good, however the food selection was smaller than other breakfast buffets at Disney. I felt like we were being rushed.
I give it a B-

Boatwrights Breakfast - This was our favorite breakfast. The food was good. My DH had the banna stuffed french toast, I had 2 eggs, bacon and hb and DD had kid's french toast. A

Whispering Canyon Breakfast - This was a really good breakfast. We all had milkshakes (hey, we're on vacation). I didn't like the hashbrowns. A-

Liberty Tree Tavern Lunch - This was our favorite lunch. I had the Benedict Arnold sandwich, it was SO good! DH had a burger. A+

Sci-Fi Lunch - We love the atmosphere at this place. We all ordered hot dogs from the kid's menu and chocolate shakes. It is a must do on every trip. A(atmosphere) B(food)

Columbia Harbor House Lunch - We have always wanted to try this place and it was pretty good. Me and DH split the ham sandwich, it was very good. B

Ohana Dinner - Excellent! We had Lapu Lapus ( a drink in a real pineapple ) and the food was delicious and the pineapple and caramel dessert was out of this world! A++

Prime Time Dinner - This place was a riot. We ate there with my in-laws and the waitress kept yelling at my BIL and nephew, they even had to go stand in the corner. The food was ok. I had the pot roast. B

Rainforest Cafe DTD - I keep reading bad reviews about this place on the boards, but we really enjoyed our dinner here. I had the buffalo chicken salad, DH had a pizza, MIL had the pot roast and DD had macaroni & cheese. The atomosphere is great! We would eat here again. A

Aloha Isle Snack - I can't go to MK without getting a dole whip float! yum! A+

All other meals were either food court or counter service meals.

Ohana Sounds Very Very Good

I've never been there, what kind of food is offered. My family and I are looking for another reason to head over to the poly. Seeing that we probably won't be staying there, we still like to get over there at least once.

Great Reviews

'Ohana serves polynesian food! They have wonton's, salad, fried rice, veggies, chicken wings (not Buffalo wings!) in the appetizer platter.

Then they come by with grilled pork, turkey, shrimp and filet. All is yummy. Pineapple and carmel sauce for dessert. All you can eat on everything.

I'm originally from Amherst - miss those Duff wings and bocce pizza!

It seems that you picked some great places to dine. It is sooo hard to decide especially when the rest of the family esspecially the DH won't put in his 2 cents worth. I was feeling a little overwhelmed but now that I have read your post I'm just going to make the ressies and relax ;) We are going to do the Sci-FI Drive In for dinner, Cape May for CB, Whispering Canyon for dinner, and Boatwrights for BK since we're staying at POR. I just hope for the best.:p Ohana sounds wonderful, may have to check it out.;)

Glad you had a good time. I also can't visit the MK without having a Dole Whip, yummy!!!

Finally a true buffalonian on these boards. Someone who knows the different between chicken wings and "BUFFALO WINGS" (term that you would never say in buffalo). Thanks for your help

I would like to try the Sci-Fi and that was a great idea to order off the kids menu. Did they give you an attitude about it at all?

Thanks for the great report!

Nope! No attitude at all. Our sever was very nice. The milkshakes are so filling that the kid's meal is just enough food.

only a B- for Donald's huh? we haven't tried this one and we plan on doing it in october...i'll have to rethink it maybe

Donalds is a decent breakfast...the problem is it turns into a McDonalds for lunch, so if you have a late PS, you feel a bit rushed.

We had a late PS, because we wanted to take advantage of EE, and there was this CM manager running around frazzled, because it was almost time to open for lunch. We ignored her though, took lots of pictures with the characters and we both felt we had plenty to eat too (even though they tore down most of the buffet toward the end).

When we walked out, there were people lined up at the door waiting for lunch. This cracked us up...we absolutely refuse to eat MCDONALDS while we are WDW.

Thanks for the reviews!

We too have enjoyed dining at the RFC several times, even though it doesn't always get the best reviews.

Thanks for the reviews. Sounds like you had some good meals. I am going to have to try other breakfast buffets at WDW because we have Donald's Breakfastasourus a few weeks ago and thought it was really great. I agree, it is tough having a late PS there as the manager is trying to turn over the restaurant for lunch. But they did give my mom and aunts coffee cups so that they could take their coffee with them. We were also running to be on time for our Fastpass to the safari.
