If you are at WDW you can see the rooms either at the end of the WL architectural tour, which I did, or by asking the guy at the DVC desk on the Villas side. It is beautiful! I had not thought that I would want to stay there as the floorplan is the same as BWV, which we didn't care for as much, but the decor is so much better, the studio looks bigger than OKW's studio, and the surroundings are fantastic. You could have a great family vacation and never leave the WL (incl. 3/4 mile walking path to Fort Wilderness) properties!

Cheers :)

The studio is smaller then OKW studio, the couch instead of a second and/or the long versus the triangle shaoe both contribute to that.

I can't wait to see them, I may end up booking a night there to start or more likely end my December vacation.

"From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs", Karl Marx, pretty sick, huh?

We will be at WDW in late March and my wife and I can't wait to see VWL. :)

The VWL are so much nicer in person than the pictures we saw. If members get a chance they should stop by & see these new units in person.

We saw the units at VWL on our last trip in November. They are absolutely gorgeous. You are right, the pictures on the web do not do them justice. We will be staying there for 2 nights in May. We decided this would be a good time to try it because of the short stay. If we were staying longer or going into the parks we would probably stay at OKW or BWV. We have used the tranportaion at WL before and it can be a bit daunting, especially getting to DTD during the day. Plus I just can't seem to justify the amount of points for a longer stay. Maybe I'll change my mind after our trip.

when we go to the HDD in June we are going to the early show and I plan to visit VWL afterwards. Perhaps next year we can split our stay between BWV and VWL if we like it, and mainly go to MK during our VWL portion.
