Would recommend them and use them again. "Johnnie" was our driver, on both legs of the trip - very friendly. Was on time at the airport and actually 15 min. early for our return.
Also used them for a day trip over to Universal. Had a "mix up", and had to call 2 times.....somehow our reservation got messed up in the computer. Was suppose to arrive at 8:00 am, but not there by 8:20 - so called. Got a big apology and said they'd be there in 15 min. Well - 30 min. later still not there, so called again. They actually sent over another service to take us - with major apologies - and only charged us half-fare. Was there to pick us up on time (actually a little early) on return. When we tried to give Johnnie a tip on the return - he would not take it saying he was so sorry we were late in going.
