Just got back from our 10 day / 11 night trip 8 days ago. I thought I would give a review of the DISBoard tips that we used.
Flylady water bottles - AWESOME! We used a Brita slim water pitcher (fit perfectly into the door of our frig at CBR) and filled the bottles up with ice / water each morning. They didn't sweat and stayed super cold!
Over-the-door shoe organizer - AWESOME!! we have 3 little kids so they really helped the room stay organized.
Baggalini Teenee (sp?) - loved this as well. i have diaper bags / strollers - but i loved having my phone, cc, & room key/ticket on me at all times.
Visor - I'm not a hat person but I also don't like sunglasses and it was hot & sweaty. I got 2 visors from lids - probably lady golf ones. they were great! keep the sun out of my eyes, sweat out of my eyes, and helped hid the frizzy hair that comes along with florida humidity.
Frog Togg Chilly Pad - I didn't use it much. With the kids, strollers, etc - it was just one more thing to hassle with. It did feel noticably cool when I did pull it out ... but probably more bulk than I want to hassle with at this point.
Stroller Fans - we got our o2cool fans at cvs this summer. they worked great. they will definitely come again.
Kid Ids - We used Tyvek 3/4" wristbands (like event wristbands) ordered off of ebay. we wrote our cell numbers & names on the bands. Our DD5 & DS2 wore these each day around their ankles. They stayed on (need scissors to cut them off) and even made it through the pool just fine.
Iphone apps - we used the park maps a lot, also the WDW Dining app quite a bit. I put our itinerary (ADR #, plane info, touring plans, etc) into our google calendar which auto-syncs with our iPhones. that worked GREAT.
