I do agree that they're probably selling too many tickets. But any sort of event like that, Halloween party, food and wine, Christmas party, etc, are probably going to be somewhat crowded. Depending on the day and park, but those events are drawing people to Disney. Now I've never been to WDW and we're planning to go in January, hoping for low crowd levels!

I'm so sorry to hear about the CM being rude..ugh! I have no patients and tolerance for rude people! Drives me crazy!
