My husband and I just returned from 5 days at WDW--we eat breakfast in our room but the rest of our meals are out in the World. Dinners were:

Crews Cup at Yacht Club - walked in and had a great dinner - fried shrimp tacos, Yacht Club Hamburger and romaine salad (the salad is large enough to share), glass of wine and a Kentucky Mule..all very tasty with good service - bill was around $75.00. Not inexpensive bar food but we really enjoyed our meal and then took a walk around the Boardwalk after dinner. This is a small club-type bar and all the seats were taken by 7:30 --- I don't believe this would be a good place for children and they don't take reservations.

Saana - Remains a favorite! Enjoyed the salad sampler a lot - very good and interesting selection of 3 marinated salads, butter chicken with a side of cashew/tomato/okra (delicious) and the braised beef with lentils --also had a glass of wine and a bourbon cocktail. The food here is very good and I am not normally a very adventurous eater, so don't be afraid to try it! We had a very good waiter and service was great. They do honor the current 20% Passholder discount - our bill was about $80.00
We love to walk around the hotel after dinner, see the animals and sit by the firepits --it really is a nice evening out!

Contempo Cafe - We had drinks at the Outer Rim Lounge (located beside the cafe) before dinner -a glass of wine and a cocktail - with tip the bill was about $24.00. We ordered the meatloaf and smokehouse burger --both good and filling. The bill was about $25.00 (water to drink). The Contempo has really decent food for a fair price.
Afterwards we took the monorail and stopped at the Poly and GF just to walk around and enjoy the lobbies and walking paths.

Art Smith's Homecoming - Disney Springs is very busy..parking was packed in the parking decks. There is so much to see at DS - we haven't been in several years and we were amazed at the new shopping areas and the addition of so many restaurants. We had a 7:10 reservation and waited about 20 min. The restaurant is very nice - lots of wood and interesting decor. The food was good - we each had a drink, then we ordered the fried chicken dinner (3 pieces) and the braised boneless beef short ribs. I requested a thigh in place of the leg and slaw in place of the mashed potatoes - they were very gracious about substituting those items for me. The chicken was all boneless (which wasn't mentioned on the menu)...the thighs were great but the breast was dry and didn't have the same amount of crunch - the slaw is vinegar based and was fine - the biscuit was doughy. The braised beef was very good - served with delicious mashed potatoes and broccolini --we thought that the beef was a better meal. Service was very good and attentive. They did take a 10% Passholder discount and the meal/tip was about $85.00. We enjoyed the restaurant and would certainly go back.

Via Napoli - We really like the pizza here - our appetizer was the lightly fried veggies (which consisted of a slice of artichoke, portabello mushroom, zucchini, pepper, and eggplant served with a cup of dipping marinara), pepperoni pizza (an individual pizza which we split) and the salad (which serves 2) plus a beer and the small carafe of wine. It was all delicious. Just as a note, the restaurant is very busy and very loud. The bill was around $75.00.

Hope this is helpful - I'll try to post about our lunches and the food/wine treats we enjoyed at the flower/garden show in another post.

Sounds like you had a yummy trip! 33 more days & DH & I will be enjoying Crew's Cup too, can't wait!

Via Napoli IS very loud. When we ate there last trip it was so loud that we asked to be seated outside, which was very nice.

Crew's Cup (drinks only) is a must do for us just about every night. We also love Sanaa and always get the bread service with all the dipping sauces. Haven't tried the others.

Agree with all of those (except I've never eaten at Homecoming).

That being said, when we stay in the Epcot area, we typically hit Crews Cup several times and our kids LOVE it. They love the burgers there.

Yeah, I think Crew's Cup is ok for kids, just recognize that there's no kids' menu. We've never gone with young kids, but we've gone with kids in their early teens and they enjoyed it.

We always ask to be seated outside when we have lunch there because of the noise level inside. Cannot miss our yearly pizza from Via Napoli for anything though, we love it.
