I would love to hear about the evening EMH at MK and MGM. What were the crowds like?

Thanks
Tracy

We went to Magic Kingdom on Wed for the extra 3 hours, there was hardly any waits on the rides we went on. I did notice that peter pan was about 30 min wait. The park didn't seem busy at all! princess:

Went Jan 5-11, did the EMH at MK and MGM-Both were great. Peter pan had 5 minute wait, everything else was walk up-MGM was empty. Guess most people finish MGM earlier and then go home so we had park to ourselves it felt like. In MK- we really did have park to ourselves, well at least adventureland. We were the last ones to ride Pirates Of Car. before they closed and when we came out, we were the only ones in that area. Now that was cool. Just slowly took our time getting to the front. You really start to notice so many details on building and such when it empty like that.
Just make sure you check on closing times for the restaurants, they don't all stay open till closing.

We were in MK on Wednesday, 1/12 for the extra 3 hours. That was possibly one of the best parts of the trip. There were no lines for anything, I watched people get off Space Mountain and get right back on. We rode Space Mountain twice, then did Buzz then the Wedway People Mover all in about 15 minutes. I would definitely stay at a Disney resort again to get this perk, although I'm not sure if it would be quite as uncrowded at peak times. While the restaurants may not be open, there were still a few vendors open and we got sodas and Mickey bars as late at 9 pm (park was scheduled to close at 7). Have fun!

What is the schedule for EMH? I looked it up on Disney's site and it was idfferent depending on the week in January. Is this the case all the time or am I reading it wrong or missing something? I'd really like to plan our April trip since today is the 90 day mark and I want to make some PSs, but without knowing that schedule it's hard.

Justthat,

I know what you mean! It's tough to plan without the full picture. I have started making PS's anyway, and am pretty much planning based on the EMH schedules from March, hoping they will not change too drastically in April. From what I hear, April schedules should be out Feb 1st. Here's hoping it's soon!!
