I've read many mixed reviews on the YC Concierge. Did you enjoy your stay there? Was the staff friendly and how was your room?

We really enjoyed our trip. Our room was 5229. Nice room with a great view of the Boardwalk, SAB and Illuminations. The room was spotless and looked like it had recently been refurbished. We had 2 queens and a day bed. There was also a desk in the room and a mini bar.

The staff at YC Concierge were excellent. Everyone was very friendly-Dane was very sweet. The Itinerary planning staff that assisted us before our arrival were top notch. They even helped arrange an Illuminations cruise with just a few hours notice.

The lounge was a bit small but very comfortable. The food offerings were nice. A big selection for breakfast, a big snack selection with nachos, salsa, veggies, popcorn, etc.

At night they often had 2 hot dishes-macaroni and cheese and pulled pork with potatoes one night, mac and cheese and clams another night.

They also offer cans of soda.

My DS was sick and I wanted to keep him hydrated. I asked a CM if they had bottled water and she said no but went to the kitchen area and brought me out an entire glass bottle of Vitel water to take back to our room.

Yes, the room was a ways from the elevators and lounge.

We had to walk down a hall, make a turn and then walk down another hall.

It was fine for us. I didn't mind the exercise and the location of the room made for a great view and it was also very quiet.

People would start to line up at the lounge for the 5-6 offerings and it would become a little congested. I was glad we didn't have a room right by the lounge.
