just back! madcats trip report part one

when we arrived, we checked in to POFQ then quickly ran to WCC we had a 600 adr. when we arrived we were seated within 15 mins of checking in, not too bad I thought. before we were seated I explained to the hostess that it was my husbands birthday and that I would like to do something special for him. She told me not to worry and that she would let our waiter know. Our waiter Senior Dusty Trails was really fun and gave my father a hard time, when he told senior that he needed crayons for my two sons to color with, he said never worry sir there is a solution to every problem. then he proceeded to yell out that our table needed one crayon from everyone that had one. It was so funny, by the time they got done we had about 50 crayons on our table. now the funny thing is is that when my father goes out to resturants he will sometimes tease or pick on the wait-person. (all in good fun) and never in a mean way. So I told my dad that I thought that WCC was fitting for him that way the wait person could pick back some, anyway we ordered the apps.I had the salad, mom had the nachos, husband had the wings. I forgot what dad had. and for the entree mom and dad had the grouper wich they said was really good. husband had the steak and he said that that was really good. I had the roast chicken and mashed potatoes, they were good as well. the kids had roast chicken and worms in dirt for dessert. mom and I had the smores cheesecake to go. husband had the choc. cake wich he said was excellent. after dinner Senior started clearing stuff off the table and my father whispered that it was my husbands birthday, I told my dad that I had that coverd when we checked in. Senior said and I have you coverd too. Well what he meant was he was going to embaress my husband but he was going to embaress me as well. he came to our table with one of the stick horses and said to everyone that it was Mikes birthday and that Mike wanted something diffrent this year. instead of them singing happy birthday to him. Mike wanted to ride the stick horse around the lobby singing happy birthday to himself. I was laughing so hard I was crying. well after he got done with that Senior told me to come up front with him. He told my husband to stay on the stick horse and ride around while everyone in the resturant sang happy birthday to him. while he was doing that Senior made me copy every dance move that he did. It was really great. I was a little worried about Senior at first because I didnt know how his sense of humor was but he was great. part two to come
