First let me say that the dining plan is AWESOME. It saved us a ton and we ate at places we probably would not have otherwise. It was me, DH, DS and DD who are over 9, DD and DS who ordered from the kids menus, and our 22 mo. old.
Le Cellier was great. We arrived 5 min. early for our 5:40 ADR and were seated within 10 min. Our server, Joanne I think, was great. I had the cheese soup (sorry cheese soup fans, but it was o.k. I probably wouldn't order it again) and traded it with my daughter for her kid's salad. the 7 oz. filet (the same as my DS) and the maple creme brulee
. I would return just for the dessert. DH had the Asian shrimp cocktail and was too full for dessert, but I wanted to try it. Well...he ate it and said he was glad I made him get it. The prime rib was enjoyed by my DD. The younger ones liked their chicken fingers and kids steak. They got the "moose" for dessert. I ate my DS because he had a milkshake and was full. Yes, I ate my dessert and his and I would do it again! 
The "moose" was great.
The Kona Cafe was a close second. Most of us had the prime rib. Nice big, good cuts. For our appetizers we had the Kona salad, the crab cakes and the sticky wings. All were great. But dessert was the best. The kids are still talking about the kiddie kones. My husband enjoyed his cheesecake, but I LOVED the tropical mousse.
It was right up there with the maple creme brulee at Le Cellier.
When I added up the amounts we would have spent at these two places alone, it was about the same amount we spent on the dining plan for 4 adults and 2 kids for three days!!!
