We have just arrived back in UK from 20 great days at the CBR resort. To all the readers in the UK, (and the rest of the world), this is a great place to stay.
We were in Trinidad North Building 32. About 5 minutes walk to the food court. I have to be very complimentary about the Bus system to all the Disney resorts, we never had to wait more than 15 mins each way, although some nights it was standing room only on the way back! (This was not a big issue). Our pool at Trinidad N was always very quiet, and the pool at the Old Port Royal was also OK, albeit a bit busier.
Our room was fine. housekeeping was great, no issue with cleanliness.
Some tips. Phone calls to the UK from your room are very expensive, (we are talking £20+ for a 5 min call)!!
If you have small children, (as we have), ask for a bed guard, they are the soft extendable type from Argos in the UK.
I have Two Disappointments.
1. The Character Caravan, (which has replaced the Early Entry), was not worth the bother. For one of the largest resorts, we got Pluto, Rafiki, and the Fox from Pinnochio. The poor Fox was left on his own most of the time. I would have expected more characters, especially with the size of the bus that brought them in!!!!
2. I have come home, and have to go to work tomorrow!!!!!!
