Had a great 5-night stay at BCV Feb. 26-Mar. 3. Just my sister and me this time. Of course, we would have LOVED to stay longer, but had a wonderful time while we were there. Here's where we ate:

Feb. 27 - Lunch at Columbia Harbor House at MK. Each of us had the Galley Garden Salad and absolutely loved it. Seems like a lot of people overlook Columbia Harbor House, so it was nice and quiet too.

Feb. 27 - Supper at Akershus at Epcot. It was still a buffet, although they said that they will soon be a menu type restaurant. We really enjoyed trying a little bit of lots of things, which made us doubly glad that it was still a buffet! The food was outstanding.

Feb. 28 - Lunch at Tusker House at AK. We split an order of rotisserie chicken. I had the potatoes that came with the chicken, and my sister ordered a side of rice. Yummy chicken, and we had the nicest chat with a very friendly CM.

Feb. 28 - Supper at 50s Prime Time at MGM. What a fun place! Each of us had a grilled salmon dinner. We first said that we wanted to split one dinner, but the waiter said that the portions really weren't that large for the salmon dinner. WRONG! We would have had plenty by splitting. The food was excellent, and we sure enjoyed the antics of the wait staff.

Mar. 1 - Lunch at SciFi Dine-In at MGM. Both of us had been there before, but not for a number of years. The campy atmosphere was as fun as we remembered, and the food was also as overpriced as we remembered! Sister got a salad with grilled chicken on it (special order) and I got the BBQ chicken sandwich. The food was actually pretty tasty, just overpriced. Lots of fun to eat there though!

Mar. 1 - Supper was carryout rotisserie chicken and potatoes from Cosmic Ray's at MK. We ate while holding our curb spot for Spectromagic. Once again, the rotisserie chicken was terrific. We split an order, got an extra side of carrot sticks, and had plenty.

Mar. 2 - Lunch at Columbia Harbor House at MK a second time. We were both drooling to have another Garden Galley Salad, so we did! This time we sat upstairs by a window and did lots of people watching while we ate. The upstairs is a spacious and quiet place to sit. I think that lots of people don't even know there's an upstairs.

Mar. 2 - Supper was carryout fish and chips from the Britain place at Epcot. Forget the name of the place. We ate while sitting and listening to the music of "Off Kilter." The fish was good, not great, but the fries were exceptionally good.

All in all, we had outstanding meals on this trip and had a great time trying out some new places. :D

Glad you enjoyed your trip. Thanks for sharing.:)
