just got back from disney. stayed at the silver lake resort off-site from may 12-19. this was a two bedrom two bath condo...really nice clean place. it is located just past the disney gates off of 192. the pool was so beuarthiful. went to o'hana's on sunday night. the service was slow took 25 minutes for server to visit us at the table. food was good enough but expensive. ordered fries for 4 year old at kona cafe which saved some money. went to princess breakfast. this was a nice sit down meal. nothing fancy eggs and pancakes. my daughter loved cinderella! prince charming was so handsome! then off to crystal palace for dinner. very good prime rib and character interaction...will go back again. monday went to universal...practically no lines compared to disney. tuesday went to mgm and had breakfast at hollywood and vine. it was ok probably won't go back. very tight area to sit! went to chef mickey's for dinner...this was the best dinner. mickey even brought the birthday cupcake to my son. the restaurant is very pretty and large...great interaction! by this time my son was pulling dale's tail every time we saw him! back to magic kingdom early in the morning...rode the first spin on dumbo with the characters. then off to peter pan 3 times in a row,snow white, then pooh. we wanted to start heading fver to buzz before the lines got too long. on the way over caught tea cup ride...nobody was on it. then went on the race cars. got to buzz and rode 4 times in a row! left that section and went to toontown caught the barnstorn roller coaster three times and jumped on the train to frontier land. walked right on splash mountain and thunder railroad.. my 62 year old mother did real well she screamed the whole time...my 4 year old daughter jus laughed! headed to the tikki house and then caught jamboree bears before lunch. we did so much taking this route we stayed ahead of the crowds...everybody rushes to fantasyland and just stayes there. we hit the route aggressively and had a lot of fun! went to tony's for lunch...this was nothing special ...won't go back! they do play the lady and tramp movies in the waiting area for kids nice break! went back to condo and took nap! went to epcont at night...was crowded! went on two rides and ate at the land...great character interaction...have a 7:30 pm ps and almoost everyone was gone. mickey took my daughter around the restaurant by the hand to show her all the scenes. went on test track...great sturdy ride! four year old loved it. animal kingdom on thursday ...got there early and went on the stuff we enjoy...bugs life, lion king, pochohantas, tarzan rocks, fast pass for safari and dinasaur. paid thirty dollars for lunch at the ak mc donald's ...so expensive! went to condo for a swim. off to magic kingdom for parade and fireworks. the park was so crowded...lines were so long! thank god i had a ps for liberty tree tavern. the dinner was ok...i was just happy being served and not having to wait outside with the crowds! the parade was excellent. the crowds were so thick that is took a while to leave the kingdom. friday wnt to sea world and enjoyed seeing shamu. on saturday headed to panama city beach for a week of rest. stayed at the summerhouse condos...the gulf of mexico was beautiful! for 14 days we had gorgous weather and now i am back home and it has been raining for three days straight! can't wait to go back! sorry so long!
