Just back.... Great time!

We just returned on Saturday evening after a week at Disney World. We had a wonderful trip!! Weather was hot but what we expected. Crowds were there but with rope drop, morning EMH, park hoppers and a plan we did what we wanted to do plus so much more. I'll be back in a little while with a trip report. Just wanted to check in

That is the key, get there at rope drop or at a time that will allow you to stay until close. Though I find rope drop to be better. Two hours of less crowded parks and you should be able to get on a lot of rides with little wait (except the 7DTR for example but even that will be less than mid day or later.)

Yep and we had two fp+ for 7DTR and was able to walk on each time with those

Wow! I noticed last year when I was going (30 days out as I stay with friends offsite) I couldn't get them at all even for the first. Though being a new ride I understand. I guess the "newness" is starting to wear off a bit.

There are still long lines and hard to get FP+ for this ride. I got up 60days out at 1:00 am and got my 2 fp for the trip.

So glad to hear you had a great time! We didn't use rope drop a lot last trip (not morning people) and also didn't park hop, but I'm hoping we can utilize both to our advantage this time.
