Poohluvrs...the main building or RPC rooms are so easily accessed from the monorails! You will have your own private elevator that only goes up or down by your access key. The rooms are so big that a double stroller will be fine...just do a little managing to find out the best place to keep it in the room for you all! We have always brought our own stroller since DD was 3 months old!
For my DD, her favorite parts were seeing the castle, the ducks (some even swam with her in the quiet pool), the pools, and of course The Monorail! She also loved the Alice in Wonderland theming of our room. She always takes her own pillow everwhere she sleeps, but she slept on the Alice pillow that was in the room! She also enjoyed having a really big daybed all for herself!She loved watching the monorail out the window and riding it everywhere we went!
I think your two year olds will love it there! Enjoy yourselves!
