Well I have returned from WDw a 6 night stay at the WL.. There was lots of pixie dust on my trip. It started at check in with a great Cm who gave a great pool view room with everything we asked for ( fridge no charge, coffee maker, all that kinda stuff) also ballons, cake and autograph fopr my mom we were celebrating her bday.
My mom got sick while there and the whispering canyon MADE HER HOMEMADE COOKED ORDER CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP THAT WAS NOT ON THE MENU # TIMES
CHEF AL ROCKS!!!! IS ALL I CAN SAY
the only thing i did not like abut the WL was the boat service. I loved the hotel the themeing but the boat took sooo long especially when you just want to go home and you have to go to Fort Wilderness everytime coming back
We did the tea at the gaden view longue at teh GF and all i can say is you have to go to this it was the best thing we did and we did it twice. Looking back we just should have stayed at the GF. We went thre daily to eat, shop, spa, hair cuts stuff like that. I am an alice freak and they had the best alice stuff at there stores. Stuff I didnot see anywhere else.
The only un disney thing that happened was the day my mom got sick we left a package at package pick up i went back to the Mk the next day and they would not let me go in to get the package. I was soo mad I did not want to waste a day on my 5 day hopper to get a package. They gave me NO other alternatives. I went back to WL and talked to guest services and they said theres a shopping pass they could have given me or one of the 5 security people or tickets people could have escorted me over to get it. I had it delievered to the hotel th next day. I was not happy but besides that it was all gravy !!!
Do the tea the GF it was great and Chef al and everyone at the wilderness lodge and tracey with an E rocked !!!!!!!!!!
I thank them all for making my trip sooo magical !!!!!!!!sorry for spelling errors!!!
also did the DVC tour of saratoga springs and it was amazing !!
