Did you go to the EMH's?? How were the crowds?

I'm really curious because we can't decide whether we should avoid them or try them.
No,we didn't do any EMH's, although I was reading on a different board that someone who had just returned from WDW said during the EMH's they waited over 75 minutes to get on Soarin'......

Holy cow! 75 minutes? Well, that's all the incentive I need to avoid EMH. It seems like more and more people are utilizing this resort "benefit" and it's becoming a mob scene. I'll be heading to the non-EMH parks. Thanks for the info!!

How cold was it at night? Is a sweatshiirt OK for the kids or do they need a jacket? How about rain? Should we bring the real raincoats or just the ponchos?

thanks for any other tips- we travel next wek!

did you see cinderellabration? what is it? just a "show" by the castle? how early do we need to be there for our 3 year old to actually see it? we are only going for the princesses and don't want to miss this!
thanks for fielding ??

Well while we were there at night the average temperature was probably low 60's. We always brought along a hoodie or sweatshirt in case. We didn't get any rain! YAY! I thought it was going to rain on the second day (MK) it was really gloomy all day long but no rain. :thumbsup2

Yes we did get to see Cinderellabration! It's a show by the castle where you get to see Cinderella crowned a princess and you get to see all the other Disney princesses. There are numerous shows throughout the day. The earliest show is at 9:40 AM the latest show is at 6:35 PM. Yeah my 4 yr old sister absolutely adored this show! She was talking about it for the rest of the trip! Have fun! :)

O yeah and I forgot to mention Soarin' was awesome! We rode it twice, the waits really didn't seem as long as they were supposed to be. We were a bi concerned about my youngest sister4 would be kinda scared but she really enjoyed it. The first time we rode we were in the second row, the only disadvantage was that you could see the people on the first row's feet above you. On our second ride we were in the front row but when your in the front row you can see where the screen ends at ceiling. Other than that I felt like splashing my feet in the pacific ocean and brushing the trees with my feet. Absolutely an AWESOME ride!

Did you follow a tour plan or use best days? Did you go at rope drop? How were crowds in the pm for epcot?

We didn't get to the parks at rope drop. ;_; We're lazy I guess that's what you could say. I'm usually up at 6 A.M. TRYING to wake everyone else up, it rarely works. The crowds overall in epcot were mild. Midway through the day it would be pretty crowded but not too crowded. We went to Epcot two days the first day in the P.M. it looked like there were alot of people but all the rides had mere 10-20 minute waits. We actually hopped right on Test Track with no wait one evening, it was like 2 hours before illuminations. But the other day we went it was VERY crowded. The wait for Soarin' at around 6:00 PM was 60 min! And we couldn't get a spot for illuminations. Anyways have a good trip!

Yes it does! We actually got some fastpasses on the trip, but, it just so happens we got the passes about 40 seconds before the show that was currently showing ended, so right after we got the fast passes we were walking out into fantasy land when I look back and it says the stand by time is 5 mins! AHAHAAA!
