Just back from the wonder a few days ago.

The "secret" decks were empty. They did smell like food though. I like deck 4 to relax much better.

We enjoyed the "secret" decks during our May 4th Wonder voyage in the early evenings and did not experience a food smell at all. Must depend on time of day, wind direction, nose sensitivity, etc.

btw... I agree with the assessment of deck 4. Nothing in my book beats lounging in a steamer on the promenade deck.
