We had a very bumpy ride home but the flight was on time both coming and going. I was surprised at how hot it was. MNSSHP was very cute. We were in Tokelau again and we had a room on the east side of the building. I will remember to ask for the other side because we are late risers and I enjoy sitting on the balconey reading and enjoying a cup of coffee in the AM but it was too sunny and warm. The view was nice of the beach and the lagoon but you can't see the castle from that side of the building. The hotel was full for the weekend. We had a cake in our room when we checked in and that was a surprise. I did make reservations for dinner and I mentioned that it was for my son's Bday. I didn't call and request anything like that. All in all we had a great time the weather was wonderful and I would like to stay during the Golf Classic. The golfers were all checking in as we were leaving.

Hi Disneydenise...we were there from the 7-14 (husband and son) and 10-14 for DD and me. It was hot wasn't it. We checked out on Monday around 11:00 and although I didn't see any golfers I saw a couple of courtesy cars parked by the GCH with drivers in them.

Hi BCV23, the golfers were moving in by Tuesday. We were waiting for our car to come up around 1 PM and they there was someone who was important getting in one of the Disney courtesy cars. I spoke with a CM that was in charge of those cars and he told me that the VIP's and the families have run of the Parks until 12 AM everyday they are there. I think my son should have taken up golf instead of fencing we didn't get any special treatment. :D

thank you for the review.

how was the weather?

JeanK74 Hi The weather was very warm but there was very little rain. The nights were nice around 70 degrees. I was surprised at the humidity being so high still but I enjoyed the beach and the pool because of the heat. It was sunny every day.

Angel1 The rehab at the resort was noticeable at our long house but didn't really bother me at all. They are replacing the stairways on all the long houses. They begin work early in the AM but not too early the carpenters were banging away by 8:30 -9;00. We were up by then and my son could sleep thru the space shuttle taking off so it wasn't a problem.
The Poly is beautiful as always. This will be my favorite I guess forever. The staff remembers us when we go or atleast they seem to act like they do. Any requests we make are taken care of very quickly.
I was looking at the Hawaii Bldg. closely because I thought we may want to try it sometime and I didn't think the exterior looked any different than the other longhouses. I never saw anyone in the buffet area when we were walking by but I was never by there in the AM.

This may sound like a silly question, but how many hangers are in the rooms? I like to hang most of my clothes and what to make sure that I have enough hangers.

Thanks

I like to hang my clothes too so I do notice that. There are 8 hanges and 4 slack/skirt hangers. I usually pack additional hangers everywhere I go. When youaaare at a moderate or a value there are 5 plus 2 hangers. See it wasn't a really silly question or I am a silly person, that could be.
