Just back from the GF

Well we just got back from the Grand. It is a very pretty hotel but I have to say Im still a Yacht club girl!!! I kept wishing that is where we were.
I prefer the pool,food selection ect.. at the Yacht to the Grand.
I also found not so nice castmembers from the time we arrived which surprised me.
I did enjoy renting the boats and riding around the seven seas lagoon that was cool!! And watching wishes was nice.

any questions Id be happy to answer them if you have any!

oh and crowds were HORRIBLE!!

We were in Boca Chica with a view of the pool. It was ok the room needed some major TLC in my opinion. Nothing was very far from the room so that was nice.

So sorry that you didn't have a great time. Very sad to hear of the CM's. No excuse for that.

Now...you must start planning your next YC trip!

Oh No I didnt have a bad time!! I had a fun time really. I just didnt LOVE the Grand didnt hate it just didnt love it!!
I did love the safes in these rooms those were cool!

I've also stayed in Boca Chica, but I don't remember the room number!

I prefer the high ceilings in the GF, WL and AKL to the lobbies in the other deluxes, but I know the GF feels more removed than say the YC or BC because the YC is so close to Epcot and MGM and the other Epcot hotels. Glad you had fun in any case!

It's always good to stay someplace else so you can really know which place feels the best, and always appreciate that on future trips.

My fave is the GF but I like staying around the Epcot area once in awhile for a change of pace.

8304 3rd floor second to last room on end.

Oh yes I agree!! I like to try them all. But I allways seem to feel "at home" at the Yacht!
