No words can completely describe the atmosphere of this fabulous resort. We spent a week there and had 3 really huge conventions at the hotel and never once felt crowded by them. We were in the east wing, 9th floor balcony and every morning I went on the balcony to drink my coffee and the first sight I had was of ToT. We would take the boats to MGM or Epcot (never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for either one). Occassionally we would walk to Epcot or just walk over the the Boardwalk. The walk to Epcot was a very leisurely walk (had foot surgery not too long ago) and only took about 15 minutes max. The bus service the the MK and AK was great. Again the longest we had to wait for a bus was about 15 minutes and that was due to the fact that we had just missed one. Check-in was a breeze and check out was even easier. Lots of people were checking out in the 15th and it was a mad house in the front of the resort but very efficient. The wait staff of the Dolphin was flawless. Once we called down to get a light bulb replaced over one of the beds and maintance came right up. We ate at Tubbies for breakfast and would stop by the ice cream parlor (forgot the name) each night coming back from the parks for an ice cream. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
