Just back from the Beach Club!

and we LOVED IT! I am now officially spoiled and only can stay there forever more!


I got a free upgrade (I didnt ask...but they knew it was my birthday and upgraded me to a waterview room). It had a wonderful view of Crescent Lake and a full balcony. It was awesome. Plus a daybed which my son slept on and my kids didnt fight!

it was room 2643 and here was our view:

Our mousekeeper was great and we got towel animals every single day. the kids loved coming back to see what she made. A dog, mickey ears, two bears, birds, a lobster.


We met Art the Greeter and he is a wondeful man! Very kind and courteous.

We loved the pool and used it alot. They did check for room cards every day and the wristband colors changed daily. Hours were 9a-10pm while we were there.

Loved Beaches and Cream and the MarketPlace and Cape May for breakfast.

It was great to walk into Epcot whenever we wanted to and the boat to MGM was very nice too.

Buses were ok but always seemed very crowded especially going to the park in the AM and of course at park closing too.

All in all it was a fabulous and magical stay!

Sounds like you got pixie dusted! I had my first stay there last month and loved it too! SAB and the short walk to Epcot were the highlights for me!

Isn't it wonderful? We've had that exact room before. A few years ago. We were there 7/2-7/10 and had a great time. It's truly a magical resort.

Beautiful photos! I am glad you had such a great time! Just wondering, the bed looks like a double maybe? We may stay at BC in December (got a great rate from SOG overflow, 50% off standard room). But, 10 years ago or so, when we stayed at BC, the first room they put us in had double beds instead of queen (I'm tall, 5'8'', and my feet hang over the end of a double). They moved us, but I'm worried about that happening again, unless they made those rooms the "one queen bed" rooms as it says on the disney website room description now. Thanks for posting the photos!

They were Queen bed rooms plus we had a single daybed. The beds were very comfy!

Thanks for the upbeat review of BC. I have been a little slow to warm up to my ressie there for our Feb. 06 trip. Had our hearts set on YC but no AAA discounts on standard rooms so in the interest of saving $ we switched to a BC standard room with discount.

The more reviews I've been reading the more I think it might be better for us. We spend lots of time in Epcot and it is closer to the IG. The new marketplace sounds like a good spot for our quickie breakfasts we do. And I'll look forward to meeting Art.

All this talk about the BC is making me "homesick." It's a beautiful resort, great location with a relaxing feel. We hope to be going back in '07!
