The course map that they sent me with my race packet had the stations marked and once I started running I was fine just getting something handed to me at each one. The mile markers are clearly lit up with about a 6 foot high rectangular square that shows the running time (since the marathon start) so you can get a good idea of where you are (time-wise & course-wise).
