Thank you for sharing those pictures. Do you have a picture of the front of YC? I've only seen the marina side.

Your comments about the CR tugs at my heart! That's where I wanted to stay for our first trip; however, the family was really sold on SAB since they love to swim. I even had an MK view tower booked. I don't know if I can convince them to stay there. It is quintessential Disney, isn't it?

Yes, to me, a lifelong WDW fan...the CR and Poly are Disney. Uncle Walt, as Little Sazzo says, designed and created them, but never saw them actually completed.

But...the YC, BC, and BW area is so peaceful and you don't face parking lots with BW, water, Stormalong Bay view. I also had a CR MK tower view room booked for the fall but changed due to the construction. But to get my MK tower view, we always eat at the CG at least once per trip!

I constantly switch resorts, but I am going to stick with my AKL CL/ BWI CL duo this fall, afterall it is a surprise for DH and Little Sazzo!

Try the Dolphin/Swan resort thread....I have seen great photos there!

Mika 911...we were running around WDW like chickens with our heads cut off during that portion of our stay! We were being park commandos! Up at 6AM...out by 7AM...EMH every morning...I had no time to take pictures except for DD's with the characters!

Then when we switched to YC, it rained every day, and we were relaxing trying to get over our first 8 days of being park nuts! Thus, time for photos!

We love the YC concierge!! I really regret I didnt book that room for this last trip!! Always next trip!!!!

We were just there from the 9-13th, we also did the extra magic mornings!! I found that to be the best way to get on the rides we wanted without going crazy with lines and heat!!
LOVE stormalong bay!! LOVE IT!!
