Curious to know which building you stayed in. We are going again in 24 days, and trying to decide which building would be best for a couple of seniors. We usually request the top floor, less traffic.

Stayed in Springs, 1st floor, room 4105 and would recommend. It was very close to the main buildings (5 min leisure walk - I have a daughter who stops every 10 feet to try and catch a Gecko or toad), was on the back side of the building facing the pond / fountain, and on the far side of the building so very little traffic - looking at the SSR map the room was on the back right. Anything facing a pond will have little traffic to worry about regardless of floor and anything within Springs, especially the building we stayed in (4101 - 4436) is a very easy walk to everything.

Last time I was there Feb 2007, house keeping missed the towel & garbage. I also asked for a full cleaning never got it. I was in the springs middle building forgot the number. How was the service for you?

They were good...all their flat bread pizza's made for good eats!

It was fine...though I really did not expect much from them. On day four they did the full cleaning and left some detergent to do laundry which I though was a nice touch and they arranged my daughters stuffed animals in a cute manner.

When I checked in I did mention it was my daughters birthday and on day 2 after returning from the parks my daughter had an autographed picture from Cinderella wishing her a happy 7th birthday along with a couple balloons...it was a very nice surprise!
