Just back from Royal Pacific

This was DH and I first time at this resort and it was very nice. The entire place is beautiful and the rooms are gorgeous. Our only problem was the staff. They were all a bunch of morons. We checked in and were told when we booked the reservations that our tickets would be given to us with our room tickets. Not so...we had to wait in this HUGE line for the tickets, only one person working a line of 15 people.

Then we asked so many workers where to get the bus to the park and NO ONE said the same place...we were walking all over the place until another guest said they would show us how to go.

The server at the Island Cafe restaurant said the cocktails we picked were not good, to try the Tsunami and please order it because it pissed off the bartenders when she gets all her customers to order it...my jaw hit the ground on that one. Then she forgot to put in our appetizer order and then when I ordered the lo mein she says which one? I said the only one on the menu..she said oh..I guess I should read it huh and started laughing....

Did you try taking the boat too? It is a really nice way to get to the parks. Perhaps people were giving you directions to the boat docks instead.

Well the guy at the front desk said to catch the bus at the front by valet, the valet said to catch the bus on the side of the resort, the conceirge said there was only a boat no bus..so we started walking to the boat and then another guest told us how to get to the buses.

We did take the boat the next day and you are right, it is a nice little ride
