My stay at POP was good.... 60's building 4th floor room 4438. Could see fireworks from Epcot. Legendary Years directly across from our room :sad2:

Housekeeping was not that great. After the 2nd night I realized that my beds were only being made up not CHANGED. Reported it right away.

One day they didn't leave extra Toilet paper or facial tissue (I even left the empty tissue box out for them to see). Needless to say Housekeeping did not get a tip.

All the CM's were great......the buses were not bad at all considering the parks were packed. Longest wait was 35 minutes due to mecanical problems.

Shortest was 5 minutes.

Overall I would stay at POP again......the rooms overall were clean except for that one problem we encountered.

Made all my PS's when we got there and was very surpised that I got every ressie I asked for....including Prime Time and Sci Fi.

ANY QUESTIONS LET ME KNOW.......

WDW to save power and water doesn't change anyone sheets every night. Just every 3 nights. they always change everything when you check out.

Unless you ask for it. They use to do the towels the same way - again unless you asked for it. they got more complaints on the towels.

Not changing sheets every night is policy at all the Disney resorts if I recall. As long as the same person is using the sheets and they are not soiled, I don't see the problem. Do you change your sheets every night at home? I am sorry that this misunderstanding and an empty tissue box caused you to not tip the housekeeper.

Glad to hear you liked Pop though. We stayed in the same building last year with the same view, but on the 3rd floor.

Do you change your sheets everyday at home? I don't, and I certainly dont' expect hotels to... it wastes so much water and power. As long as they are changed when I check in from the previous person I'm happy as a clam!

I am sorry they didn't refill paper goods for you... I think that is a valid complaint, but the sheet changing is not IMO.

I do understand now why they do not change the linens which is fine, however they do not take time in making the beds up. I had to re-make the beds up every nite.

I don't know.....maybe I'm too picky :confused3 :confused3

Because for some reason the sheets always ended up on my side. They never bothered to straighten out the sheets, just pulled up the spread and tucked it in. As I stated on another thread I shouldn't have to remake my bed up every nite and hunt down housekeeping to get a roll of toliet paper.
