Just back from a 10 night stay at Pop on the Dining plan. Happy to answer any questions.

HI, just read in another thread that they will be putting fridges in all the rooms? did you pay for a fridge, and if not, did you get one anyway?

How about did you hear every toilet flush and every conversation? Did you die of heat in the room as well? :teeth:
Oh ya, was the food court a madhouse!!

I am also curious about the quality of the rooms. I am by no means picky, but a couple of very negative reviews scared me! ARE the walls very thin? Will I hear everything going on in the next room? And how long realistically would you say it took to get to the various parks? Thanks!

I'm not the OP, but my recent experience @ POP over Labor Day weekend made me rethink ever staying there again (it was our second time). It was incredibly loud in the rooms; I didn't hear a peep the prior visit. Maybe it was just more crowded. I didn't hear any noise from the room next door, but I did from the outer corridor, and the toilets A LOT!
it was not hot in the room, rather, we were freezing most of the time! The thermostat seemed to work well for us, and it cooled down right away upon returning to the room (I think it's motion sensitive).
We did not have a fridge in the room. The food court was extremely crowded at all times I was in it, and the one cashier was extremely snotty to us when we apparently misunderstood the dining plan (who knew that a flatbread did not include a side item on the dining plan, not us - neither does pizza if you were wondering). I was kind of embarrassed at the way we were treated, because everyone in the surrounding area heard the way she spoke to us, and the way she was implying that we were trying to pull one over on her. She was also quick to state that if we had a problem to find a manager, but she wouldn't call one for us (not that we asked her too, she just volunteered that she wouldn't)...okayyyyyyyyy....the side items we had with our entrees would have been way too much food anyway, so I really didn't care, but the way she jumped on us was way unnecessary.
We never really had a long wait for the buses, 10 minutes tops I would say.
HTH!

I also just wanted to add that the pool was usually crowded in the late afternoon but manageable to have fun in it (this is the main pool, we never went past the other 2). The pool bar was great, good drinks and they'll add a floater of liquor to a mixed drink for $1.
