Poly concierge was heavenly!! It's in the Hawaii building which is on the beach and close to both the quiet pool and the main pool. The view from GV (we had room 2525) was beautiful garden and a bit of the quiet pool. There were lots of ducks on the ground below us which was very entertaining for our younger DS. It is true, there is Miller Lite available in the lounge, you just have to ask for it. There is also another beer, but I don't remember what brand. You also have to ask for milk, chocolate milk and juice boxes. The food was great, in the AM there are sweet rolls, bagels and cream cheese, English muffins, butter, jams and jellies, dry cereals and fruit salad (melon and grapes). There is a selection of teas, coffee, juice and milk. Snacks in the afternoon included gold fish crackers, gummy worms, potato chips, trail mix, apples, bananas, oranges, lemonade, iced tea, orange/guava juice, and fresh baked sugar, oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip cookies (they were fab). In the evening they some of the things they served were fruit with caramel sauce for dipping, cheeses and crackers, PBJ sandwiches, huge strawberries, veggies with ranch dip and they served BBQ pulled pork, spring rolls, BBQ spare ribs and wine (sorry, my mind is blanking on other things). At night there were desserts, pineapple upside down cake, tropical tarts, chocolate tarts, apple pie, and coridals, Kahlua, Baileys, Drambuie, etc. The staff in the lounge was really friendly and attentive. Mousekeeping made towel animals for our kids and were really friendly also. The only thing was that we had to ask for a crib 3 times which I thought was a little outrageous, so if you need some accomodation like that, note it several times before you arrive. We had a very tired 18 month old by 10:30 at night when the crib arrived.
