We just got back from a 10 night stay at POFQ and it was really wonderful. Of our recent trips we've stayed at the Poly and POP, and POFQ is hands down our favorite of the three.
We got in around 5 on a Saturday night and rode magical express to the resort. The bus stops first at Old Key West and Saratoga Springs, but the trip went by quickly. When we arrived it was dark and the Christmas decorations were all aglow, very pretty. We did online check-in and that was very fast.
Our rooms were in Building 1 on the third floor as we asked to be somewhere quiet. This was a great location for us. We rented a car and parking was extremely convenient. The pool and lobby were just a short, beautiful walk away. The resort never felt crowded like Pop always seems to, and we loved the beautiful and relaxing boat ride to Downtown Disney.
We only used the bus to get to the Magic Kingdom, but we found bus service going there and back to be efficient. The food court was adequate, though nothing particular special. We wanted to try the Po Boy sandwiches, but they stop serving them at 4 so we never got the chance.
I love the queen sized beds. That's a terrific improvement and the newly remodeled rooms look great. My four boys, ages 8 and under, all loved the pool and used the slide over and over. We had a great trip and will definitely be returning to this beautiful resort in the future. Our stay there was really wonderful.

It was a pretty resort, but I think we determined that we aren't On-Property people. This was our first time actually on property, and I think we are going to stick to staying at the DoubleTree in Downtown Disney.
