Just Back from POFQ

Just back yesterday from POFQ. Weather was hot and humid. Resort was great. Buses were just so-so. Parks were busy! Any questions, I'll try to answer.

Question about pool hopping between FQ and Riverside. Can you do it since Port Orleans is considered one big resort with two hotels (like the Yacht and Beach club)? Just curious because I know my DD 5 loves pools and the more she can try out the happier she'll be

Yes, you can pool hop. I just happened to see a family walk by our building (#7) on their way back to Riverside from FQ.

If I wanted a room in a central location (close to lobby, pool, etc) what building should I request? Is it 2?

Buildings 1 is at one side, 7 at the other. The lobby, food court, pool are between buildings 5, 4 and 2. I know it sounds funny, but 4 is next to food court and 5 is next to pool.

Do you know if they had live entertainment in Scat Cat's Lounge? In the past, they've had Eliot Dyson, the jazz saxophonist/singer/player of all instruments. I was wondering if he's still there. Great performer!
