Just back from POFQ, problem with housekeeping

I stayed at POFQ for the first time in June. We also had a problem with Mousekeeping. We stayed for 2 days after our cruise and checked in around 11:30 in the morning. When we got to the room I wanted to take a shower, but we did not have any toiletries. We decided to go to the food court for lunch and I went to the front desk to get some toiletries and they said that they would send someone to our room with them, and if they were not in the room when we returned to call housekeeping. We returned and they were not there so I called. They were going to send someone ASAP. I ended up falling asleep for 2 hours while I waited. No one came. I called again. We ended up going to the parks and I expected to have toletries in my room when I returnded. We went back to our room around midnight and still no toiletries. I called the front desk and they said that I could go pick them up in the morning. I had to wait inline for 45 minutes to get them at 7 in the morning. I was not too happy. This was the first and last time that I did not bring my own toiletries.
