Hi all! We just got back from our stay at WDW. We did drive from around St. Louis, MO. We stopped in lake City, then arrived early at POFQ. We arrived at POFQ around 11:30am on Saturday, July 23rd. Check in took about 5 minutes if that. Our room was ready and I was really surprised at that. We had Room 2201 in Building 2(I think). It was a really short walk to the pool and the food court. We liked the resort but we did not care for the theme of the food court. I'm not sure what it was about it though. The food was good and I tried the beignts (sp). They were really good, but my DH did not care for them. The pool was nice too. It was crowded but not too crowded where you could not swim around at all. We only stayed one night at POFQ then headed over to CSR, it was planned this way. We decided to leave from home a day earlier that what was planned.
We arrived at CSR around 8:30am. I loved this resort from the second we pulled up to it. It is just gorgeous. Check in did not take long at all. But our room was not ready. I didn't think it would be. So we went to the AK. We rode Kali River Ride 1st thing. THis was a bad idea. I had jean shorts on and was completely soaked. Around lunch time I was sick of being wet so we called the hotel, the room was not ready. There said to try back in three hours at 3pm. We walk for a while, then head back to the hotel. Check at 2:30 nope not ready. Check at 3pm, nope not ready. This would not was been such a big deal but I was still soaking wet and my legs were killing me. I know that checkin is not until 3pm, but I was realy crossing my fingers that our room would be ready. We go and sit on a hammock in the Cabanas. My DH calls at 3:30 room not ready yet. He was told it should be ready before 5pm. Finally around 4:30 our room is ready. The room was nice. We were in the Cabanas 9B room 9526. We didn't really have a view of anything. The location was great it was a short walk to El Centro and the Pepper Market. The Dig Site Pool was amazing and the hot tub was huge. My only complaint with the hot tub would be the kids that were swimming in it, because it was soo big. I loved the pool though. We also took the surrey bikes out and went around the resort. This was alot of fun and it was not too hot under the shade thing either. The Pepper Market had great food always prepared fresh for you. I did feel wierd sometimes about just walking in there to refill my mug. I really did love
the CSR. It has the feel of a deluxe to it.

We will be staying at CSR for the first time on Aug. 18. I hope we like it too! 
. That was a great time. I'm glad that we did get to see it a little bit and add another mug to our collection.
