Hi,We (five other family members) just got back from HRH:Got to the Hotel around 2:30pm Wednesday afternoon and there was nobody around.We checked right in and got an upgrade to pool view.The room was big and the beds very comfortable. The staff and service at the hotel during our whole stay was great!!We loved the music they played.For young and old alike!
The pool area was big and the slide was a blast!Even for us old people ( 4 of us were in our 40's) We had as great a time as the kids(10 & 16yrs).
Everybody was friendly and helpful.
We went on most of the rides in IOA
and Universal and the most we waited was 5 minutes tops!! It was sooooo quiet from December 1-5th.It was unbeleivable! We didn't even need our express passes! We loved and enjoyed both parks!!! The hotel is fabulous!
