We are going to the HRH in June and I was torn because I really wnated a kids suite but I also wanted club level. They told me that there was no way to book that directly it was just luck to get. How did you book yours? I have a 7 and 2 year old. Would they enjoy the hotel and the club level? How did you like the hotel? How was the pool? Did you rent a cabana? Did you have any programs like Lowes First, Fan Club, All Access, etc?:Pinkbounc

We requested club level with no guarantee. It is basically just luck which makes it kind of hard because we figured if we didnt get it we would need to bring drinks and snacks. We took our chances and brought some drinks and snacks and if we needed more we would go to the store. We absolutly loved the hotel and my kids had a blast! In all we spent more time there than we did at the parks. At club level the kids would watch dvd's and check out cd's. By the pool my girls loved the slide and making sand castles. The boys played ping pong untill all hours of the night (we had to drag them away from the tables!) and they also used the work out facilities quite a bit. This was free to club level guests. Your 2 year old will like the kiddie pool. I was happy with the deepness of the pool because I didnt have to worry about my 7 year old going into the deep end (there isn't one!). There was a lifeguard there at all times also. We didn't rent a cabana because the weather was beautiful and we wanted to catch some rays. They are nice though. From where we were planted we could see the music videos being played in the cabanas and I believe thay give you a fruit basket and some drinks. We used our lowes first and ordered the red wine. It was very nice and we got it right when we requested it. With our all access we were put in the front of a very long line at the hard rock and believe me people were not happy about that. We also took the kids report cards and they did honor the grade A program at the hotel. The kids had free drinks and ice cream when ever they wanted it. On my dayghter's birthday the kind employees at club level suprised her with balloons, party hats, blowers. and a cake. Also each night at turn down the kids got cool trinkets left on their beds. They were definatly spoiled rotten on this vacation (so were we!) We did NOT want to leave.

Sounds like you had a great time!! 2 questions for you:
What day did you arrive at the HRH?
What were the food offering on club level?

Thanks!

We arrived at the HRH on Saturday at ten. Our room wasn't ready yet so we went to the parks to activate our ap's and had lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. Our room was finally ready at 5 so we were able to catch the begining of snack time. During our week stay they had doughnuts, bagles, fruit salad, and cereals for breakfast. Some snacks thay had were chicken wings, jerk chicken, roll-ups, chips and sulsa, some salads and dips. Some nights we were satisfied with the snack as a meal (usually when we had a big lunch) but mostly it was just a snack. The food they offered was very tasty. The cookies (from 8:30pm-9:30pm) were oatmeal rasian, macadamia nut, oreos, and one more I think it was peanut butter. They were not freshly baked but still good dunked in milk! There are about 7 or 8 tables and a lounge area with a few chairs and a couch which was fine for the first couple of of days but the closer we got to Thanksgiving the busier it became and we ended up taking our food to our room. We also had access to drinks all the time. The drinks were Sprite, Coke, diet Coke, water, coffee, and some juices. The soft drinks came in cute little glass bottles but every time we turned around they were cleaning up glass in the entryway and there were alot of little kids running around barefoot !

We reserved a Kid's Suite for our vacation. I'm unclear....is that the same as the Club Level? Do we get the benefits (snacks) that you mentioned? Also, do you know the guidelines for the honor roll program at the hotel? This is the first time I've heard of that. I'm glad you mentioned it!
