Just back from GF, any ?'s

We got back last night from an absolutely magical 7 day stay at the Grand Floridian. Any questions?

What room type/location did you have? What were your thoughts overall?

We were in room #5245, Sago Cay. This was a corner room with an absolutely breathtaking view of the castle! I honestly do not know how any other room could boast a better view. We knew that we wanted a lagoon view room, so that is what we booked and paid for. I did fax a room request on which I simply requested a nice castle view - boy did we get what we asked for!

The room was immaculate, as was the entire resort. We had plenty of towels, although no animals, which was no big deal. Housekeeping did a great job. We do think that DDs "Annie" doll may have been swept up with the sheets, but housekeeping has put out an APB for her! LOL

DH and I celebrated our 13th anniversary on the 27th. We came in from the parks on the 26th to find complimentary champagne, "Happy Anniversary" card, and a long stem rose - Very nice, as I had only mentioned our anniversary when I made our PS for Victoria & Albert's.

There did seem to be a great deal of convention traffic the end of the week, but not enough to complain.

It was just a fantastic week - the GF to me is just a vacation in and of itself, and was once again truly magical.
