Just back from Dolphin and transportation was great

Hi All,

Just back from the Dolphin last night and the bus and boat transportation was great.

We took the boat to MGM coming and going more then once and never waited more then 10min for a boat.

We walked back and forth to EC.

We took the bus to AK on more then one occassion and everything was great. Our longest wait was 10mins going from AK to Dolphin.

We also took the bus to the MK on more then one occassion including a fireworks night at the MK and waited less then 10min on all occassions. On the fireworks night the bus was waiting at the stop for people.

I looked for Tyler but he was no wear to be found. But, I big thumbs up for Disney Transportation as usual.

I would like to share a story. On one morning we arrived at the bus stop waiting for a bus to go to AK. This was about 10am. Another group got to the bus stop a minute or so after us. Six minutes after we arrived at the bus stop an AK bus arrived. We boarded. A member of the second party that had arrived at the Dolphin bus stop after us approach the bus driver and stated "We have been waiting here a long time. When is a bus to Downtown coming". The driver responded that one should be along soon and that it would be labeled Downtown. At this point the person complaining to the bus driver about "waiting a long time" had only been waiting 4 to 5 minutes.

Glad to hear everything worked out. Sorry you couldn't ride my bus.

As for that story... it's unfortunate, but a very common occurance. I'm not saying that all service issues are exaggerated, but a good majority of them are situations just like this.

A lot of it has to do with how time FEELS. It may have FELT like a long time, but it really hasn't been. And sadly, there a some who just outright lie, for whatever reason.
