Holy cow I gained lbs in one week---how is that possible when u r walking miles a day:lmao:

so we started with Crystal palace(lunch)......the character interaction was stellar and the food was very good....only negative is the waiters really want that 20% tip and I am sorry I am not tipping 25.00 at a buffet...sorry! we were on the DP and the bills were steep(btw how ARE they making money on the DP?) anyway I tipped 18.00 and got snubbed at the end....oh well. I think thats a lot for bringing us a drink and never seeing them again but I did love it there regardless
cape may cafe---very comparable---great character interaction but half hr wait even with a ressie....great breakfast food

tusker house and Nemo show----yummo-great lunch buffet(yes we were getting sick of buffets at this point but still impressive)

LaHacienda---great dinner at illuminations....great service
Via Napoli---great dinner great service....very busy place! they pack them in...tried pizza and veal parm very good

mama melrose-ate there before via napoli---thought it was average--wish i hadnt eaten there after trying via!

portobellas! BEST MEAL OF WEEK....DTD got ressie same day...homemade gnocchis (yup i am italian) reminded me of what my family makes....we enjoyed atmoshere and the bread and roasted garlic was a nice surprise...

Askerkus--princess interaction was amazing and free photos were beautiful.....food was very odd.....but the atmosphere made up for it.

cosmic rays---good lunch--great value for counter service---big portions of chick/ribs

starring rolls---best sandwiches i had for a while and yummy napoleans and cupcakes

main street bakery for pumpkin cookies and germany caramel place for choco caramel cookies...

margarita places in world showcase.....try a swirled one! YUMMMMMM

oh boy now i see where i gained 3 lbs but hey it was vacation and we enjoyed every second of it.....
MNSSHP was a blast-the weather was record high temps with abundant sunshine and it was very MAGICAL AS PROMISED:cloud9:
We used snack credits for all the yummy pastries and still left with 3 counter services avail.....its a lot of food! i wonder how long disney will keep doing that? what a great deal as each meal was well over 100-145. we saved so money it was unreal....very surreal

Sounds like some great meals!! That stinks that your server snubbed you at Crystal Palace, glad it didn't ruin your day!

I agree the service at La Hacienda was Great! We even spoke to the manger on our way out to tell him how wonderful our server was.
