And it will be two more weeks before we know anything! This waiting for two weeks and two weeks and two weeks again is getting so old!!! They took the marrow from the base of this spine and he said it hurt like the dickens! They are doing about two dozen different tests on it. One of them is for a very rare form of leukemia. The hematologist/oncologist said he doesn't think it is this but they are doing all tests to rule out everything. I will tell you though this waiting around is beginning to do a mental number on us all! I know what it is doing to me so I can imagine what it is doing to him. Hopefully though we can go to Biltmore House during the later part of the week, if DH feels like it. Just want to get out and do something. Please keep on keeping him in your prayers. Like I said once before, "Love you guys!" and bunches of hugs to all my DIS family! Boots/Ellen

Ellen,
I'm still praying! I would imagine that the test would "hurt like the dickens!"

I know what you mean about waiting and waiting and waiting for the test results to come back. I am very hopeful that it will be good news.

My aunt's husband's results haven't come back yet, either.
Pam

Yes, the waiting has got to be very hard on both of you.

{{{HUGS}}} Ellen.

Will keep DH in my prayers for good news and good health.

Keep us posted.

And if you do get to go to Biltmore House, have fun! :D

Groosch!

The 'hurry up and wait' must be tough on the both of you :(

Jurst try to keep in mind..that the best treatment plan will come out of a well informed medical staff.

*HUGS* Just hang in there. The trip is a great idea. It sounds like a great idea to get your mind on other things. You and your DH are still very much in my thoughts and prayers.....:D

The waiting is the hardest part.

Keep positive thoughts, and I'll send mine along, with some prayers and pixie dust too. {{{hugs}}}
