Hi, we just returned from a two night stay after a cruise. I know there have been lots of posts on this property, so if anyone has any questions I will try and answer them. First let me say, I was one of the first posters to stay at Vistana Villages years ago when they were dirt cheap and I love that resort. Now that they are charging as much as Disney resorts, I have not stayed there in a while, but was happy to find a good deal on this property thru Hotel Kingdom. We stayed in a one bedroom, me, my DH and our two kids. I would recommend a two bedroom for a week long stay for the following reasons: No dishwasher, no washer/dryer, only two drawers for clothes, kitchen and eating area would be tough for 4 people for a whole week. The room was beautiful. Everything seemed new and was very clean. The balcony was kind of weird, it was small and set into the building so there was a wall on either side. Did not seem like a balcony, but was nice to sit in the fresh air. We always stayed in 2 bedrooms at VV, but for people who have stayed there in a one bedroom, CPGV one bedroom was a much better set up. It is true there is no door on the shower/tub area so you have to close the bedroom door to use them. Not a big deal. The outside areas of the hotel seemed neat and clean and I did not see any overflowing garbage cans as many others posters have noted. There was a deli/pizza place/store by the pool. I will say food area could have been cleaner looking, but we did not eat there so I can't say how the food is. It was a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. DD was only 2 minutes away and we made it to EPCOT in about 7 minutes. I will be happy to answer any specific questions anyone has, but in closing, I think this is a great buy for the money and I think anyone would be happy staying here.
