Just Back from Coronado Springs

Hi all, We just got back last night from an 8 day stay at CS. I must say I was very excited about the trip especially after viewing Buzz's thread on it. We were not disappointed, what a beautiful resort! It is huge and gorgeous. It was so quiet and relaxing. I had requested Cabanas 9B and was not able to get it but we were put in Cabanas 8b which was very close to the parking lot as well as the bus stop and equal distance to the dig site pool as well as El Centro. It can be alot of walking for some but is a walk to enjoy and if you are unable there are plenty of the new shuttles passing by t pick you up. The pools are great ,the snack bar and bar are very convient and my daughter loved the playground as well. The only small complaint I had was about the Pepper Market. The system was ok when it was not very busy but when it was it was very congested and it was a long wait for food. The food is a bit pricey and my husband and I both thought we may consider the meal plan the next time.We also had breakfast at the Mayan Grille and it was ok. Nothing to write home about. I found the cast members there a bit grumpy but the rest were wonderfully accomadaying and pleasant. The mousekeepers were excellent. My DD was so excited to go back to the room each day to see what her dolls and stuffed animals were up tne day we returned to find Joey her doll propped up on a pillow watching Disney channel with the clicker in his hand. Too cute and she was so excited! We found her drawings hanging up in the windows etc.. That little kindness went along way for us and made my little princess feel very special. We would definately stay here again. Many Thanks to Buzz again for his wonderful site and knowledge we relly appreciated everything...
