Just Back from CBR

The atmosphere was just wonderful. Very relaxing. Didn't have to wait over 20 minutes on a bus. The check in and out was quick. We stayed in Martinique 25. I requested Martinique 26 or 25 when we made our reservation. I didn't fax or call before we went. The food court was fine, with quick checkout and enough seating. Any questions?

We are going in June and I am looking forward to it.

dalpal, have you looked at the pictures I have already posted? It is going to be several weeks before I get the most recent pictures up on my web site.

I am in the process of packing up my house to move to Orlando. I will be about 20 mins away from WDW. I move in 2 weeks.

When I was looking for pictures before our trip I did find several on other WDW websites but safetymom had all the same pictures. I was glad that we were in Martinique because it was a large resort and even though I am a walker and enjoyed walking around the lake path, I was glad that I wasn't further away from my morning coffee. I would suggest waiting on a room in that area or Trinidad N. if you feel the same about the food court being close. We used the bus stop at Old Port Royal rather than the Martinique one. I was pleasatly surpirsed with the beach areas, they were bigger than what I expected. Also, if you like birdwatching this is a great resort. There were many ducks, egrets, and a few herons. Enjoy your planning.

I will be moving to Davenport FL. I will always find an excuse to stay on WDW property. I am sure I will have lots of northern visitors that I will need to show WDW.

Thanks for the reply.
I have requested Aruba or the area right across the bridge., but its good to know that Martinique is close also.
I wonder which is the closer. I thought the walk over the bridge would be nice though.
I am the type who has to have coffee asap after I wake up. So we will be bringing our own coffee maker if they dont supply one.
even just for that first cup....Than Ill be able to take the walk to the food court with my grandgirls and I can get another cup when they get there breakfast.
coffee IS my breakfast LOL
We are planning to spend a day right at the resort, so my grandaughters have time to swim and I thought the surrys looked fun. do you know how many fit in one?
I know its a long way until June, and as I am sitting here looking at SNOW it seems even longer but all you DISers help make the time pass.

I just booked a preferred room (Martinique or Trin North) and requested a quiet courtyard location. Any suggestions? Also, does bus start at OPR, and where is best to get on for a seat. Thanks.
