Just back from CBR -- great time.

We just returned from an 11 night stay at CBR -- it was a wonderful stay and we have no complaints. The room was clean and mousekeeping was wonderful. We did miss the main pool being opened but did enjoy our village pool on various occasions and instead went to Typhoon Lagoon for 2 days. CBR is such a beautiful and relaxing resort. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again. This is our third stay at CBR and we have also stayed at YC, BC, Poly, POR, and WL. CBR ranks very high on our list!!! Love the tropical and bright atmosphere!! So, to all you undecided ones, give CBR a try -- you will not be disappointed.

I'm so glad to read another great CBR review! We will be staying there in October. This is our very first stay in a Mod resort, so I'm excited to try CBR.

That's great to hear! We are booked for August 2009 for a land/sea vacation to celebrate the graduation of our daughters. It was tough to choose a resort but since we love the beach this seemed like the best place. Some of the reviews are a bit rough - but sometimes it depends on who's doing the writing. I find it hard to believe that someone would give it a bad rating because they have to walk 5 whole minutes to the food court!!!!

I am glad you had a great time. I could relly use your help!! What bldg were you in? I have friends very upset about the pool refurb but can not chg hotels because everything is sold out.

Was the pool bar open? Did you see the slides thta were added and what kind of slide was it? I understand the slides are at the Barbados and the Jamaica bldgs, is one of the bldgs easier to get to from the food court?

Sorry for all the questions but my friends are really upset.
