This is my first post so please be gentle. I just returned from a fabulous stay at BWI and the Dolphin and I'd be happy to answer any questions.
Check in at the boarwalk took forever but we had the most pleasant CM ever! She even checked to see if the room was too close to the elevators or was in a noisy area. I have stayed at BWI a few times but this was the nicest room I've ever had! It overlooked the courtyard area (the path to the quiet pool) and we had a perfect view of illuminations
We watched it from the balcony every night with our coffee from the bakery. I also spent a lot of time at the quiet pool since the big clown at Luna Park makes me nervous.
The staff at the dolphin was just as pleasant and we got another great room! I booked a standard room at the teacher's rate and got upgraded to a resort view. We could see the boardwalk, the swan, and the lake from our window. There was a covention going on but most of the resort was taken up by families. I spent a lot of time in the hamock on the beach or in my beloved heavenly bed
I walked to epcot and MGM and the buses were running well, they didn't stop at the YC or BC. All in all I had an amazing time and I can't wait to go back!

Isn't the Boardwalk bakery yummy? I enjoyed sitting outside it and watching the boats go by . . .
