Just back from Boardwalk Inn...any questions?

My DH and DD, eight months, and I are just back from a wonderful stay at the Boardwalk Inn for five nights! Does anyone have any questions?

My DH and I are staying near the Boardwalk at the Beach Club in less than a month. What restaurants did you eat at in that area that you'd recommend?

HalsMommie- Well, did the BWI live up to your expectations? How was the room? Did you have a garden view? Did you have any problem getting a room you were pleased with? Did the hotel seem crowded? Was there lots of Boardwalk entertainment going on at night or have they cut back on it? We are staying at the BWI 4/29-5/4. It will be our fourth stay there and I can't wait. I'm glad you decided to stay at the BWI and it sounds like you had a terrific time.

Was your reservation standard or water view? Where was your room located? We stayed there last December, I didn't make any view requests and we ended up facing the walkway to the bus stop. We were just there 1 night before moving to BWV for 6 nights with DVC points. We may do it again next December, I will make a request this time.

Was there construction at the BWVillas? If so, where was it and was it noisy?

My kids want to know if their favorite entertainers were still on the BW.... Carlo the Sword/Flame Eater and the Ejapana man (traveling medicine man)????? My kids still retell one of Carlo's jokes all the time and break out in a round of "go Car-lo, go Car-lo"
