This year we stayed at the Boardwalk, we loved the atmosphere on the boardwalk but were not impressed by the outdated rooms. We requested a room near the elevator or on the bottom floor, we were on the bottom floor with the pool just a few steps from our patio. My kids loved the pool but there wasn't a lot for the younger ones to do.
We arrived around 6 pm. Checked in, went right to our room, our luggage was delivered, groceries were delivered then we were off to the ESPN club.
First morning we visited MK, we got there at rope drop and left at closing. We rode most things twice, gotta love Fast Pass and Child Swap.
Second day we visited AK, we did everything we wanted to do, went to Chili's for supper then spent a few hours in the pool.
Third day we hit HS, we were there at rope drop, got Fast Passes for Toy Story Mania, which was broke down most of the day. Backlot tour was also having problems early in the day. We rode everything and saved Toy Story Mania for last, we walked right on with our Fast Passes, the stand-by wait was 190 minutes, it was a great ride but I would never wait that long.
Fourth day we went to Epcot, no crowds at all, rained off and on all day. Only long line was at Soarin' but we had Fast Passes so not really a big deal for us.
Fifth day we moved to Nick Hotel, we got there around 3 pm, went to our room for a few minutes then hit the pools.
We had a good trip and are already making plans for our next trip in January.
