We had the FL resident rate - $45. When we got there dh asked about law enforcement discounts and we got that too. It ended up being $39. I was thrilled, until we got to our rooms. We didn't get anywhere near the building we wanted (Jazz). First they put us in Broadway and when we opened the door the cigarette smoke smell just about knocked us off our feet. I requested non-smoking. I called the front desk and asked for a different room. They put us in Country Fair (the farthest from the foodcourt/buses). There was mildew on the shower curtain and the grout. My MIL next door called to complain about a comforter in her room. It looked like someone had vomited on it. YUCK!
We stayed at Music about 4 years ago and were very happy there. I guess things have gone downhill since then. The last few years we have been staying at Movies, but since the price was better at Music we decided to do that instead. Never again. I will pay the extra money to stay at Movies or Pop Century next time.

. I personally think the resort is too spread out for my taste, I would hate to be in the Country Fair building. Last weekend, as you know, was very busy and I'm sure that every single room was booked at the resort. Unfortunately, that doesn't leave very many rooms to move people to when they have problems
Did NOT have to pay EXTRA either!
