Just back from a week at the poly, a few thoughts

We just got back yesterday from a week at the Poly. We had fun but there were a few small issues. on line check in was great, one of our 2 connecting rooms was ready, great no problem. We got a call on our cell that our second room was ready, my key worked and I walked in and was soooo not ready, not cleaned at all. Not a huge deal but it took alot of calls to get it straight, we had another room but if we did not I would have been very mad. My next issue is the dining plan, I have used it in the past and enjoyed it, however without the tip it is a total pain, half of the staff does not understand it, that delyed our exit everynight and I know that it delays people getting there adrs in a timley manner, there has to be an easier way, for us the ddp is over. We had a wishes cruise that was a total wash out, I mean biblical rain and lightning, our driver Christine was awesome and hey gave us a refund, I ordered a bottle of wine with private dining for the cruise which we waited for 25 min for and finaly gave up on, I was PO"D about that. Then there was Becky the fast pass cheker at Splash, we has an all day FD that we were given b/c BTM broke down, we arrived 3 min prior( at splash) our return time so she did not let us in, then we remembered our all day fp so we pulled them out, she still did not let us in and was very snotty saying "just wait" basicaly she accused us of using the all day fp to get past her and then switch when we got further doen the line. I did not even know what she was talking about, when my dh figured out what she meant I was mad, I don't know if this story is clear but lets just say she was obnoxious and I intnend to take this further. Final issue was the monorail breakdown, poor communication about what transport was available and we would up waiting 25 min for a 20 minute ride to the ttc, which was a 5 min walk from our room at the poly, we called the "front desk" prior to leaving our room and they told me the monorail was down go out front for the bus to epcot, well ps the epcot monorail was never down so we had a total run around that lated almost 2 hrs with our 3 year old, not fun. That all being said we had a great trip, the poly is awesome, MNSSHP was a blast, cali grille fab, F&W wonderful and I can't wait to go back. Where can I complain about Beckey and compliment the much more numerours wonderful cm we came across?
